The thing is with Idolotry, Navetsea, and almost every other "realistic" skin (Pooklet, Ephemera, SimCribbling, Mouseyblue-which is mostly just edits of Ephemera) is that the body types and faces are shaded skinny, and the old sims don't look old. Though, ironically, I can't remember where I uploaded them right this second. I'm going to be honest, though, I like mine best. Real people don't look like Instagram photos.
If I'm going for realism, I like some texture. I prefer matte realism, so the lighting looks better. I tried the shiny thing in my game, and ultimately, I don't like it as much. HystericalParadoxism's Idolotry of the Flesh and Navetsea's skins are still my favorites as far as realism, and as far as other people's skins because they don't look like barbies.
